Reasons to Dance #2

I started a new set on Flickr called 'Reasons to Dance'. Instead of focusing on reasons NOT to dance, I'm focusing on reasons to dance. Right now my feet hurt from dancing. But that's a good sign. It means my body has noticed I'm doing something new.
Reason #2 To get rid of the knots I got from sitting in front of the computer all day.
